The core service units within the division include:
- Multi-storey office, commercial and residential structures
- Industrial buildings - factories and warehouses
- Sports and leisure facilities including stadiums
- Heavy duty civil structures and foundations
- Tanks and fluid storage structures
- Rehabilitation and strengthening of bridges and structures
- Bridges - e.g. incremental launching, segmental construction, balanced cantilever, cable stayed decks
- Masts and telecommunication towers
