Ebenezer Moahloli obtained his BSc degree of from the University of Fort Hare, followed by a BScEng from the University the Witwatersrand in 1972.
Employment History
After graduating as a civil engineer from the University of Witwatersrand in 1972, Ebenezer subsequently worked on numerous projects, mainly in the Eastern Cape, and with various consulting engineering firms.
Ebenezer became a member of the SAACE in 1994. He has also served on the boards of various parastatals, NGOs and financial institutions such as Transkei Development Corporation, TNBS Mutual Bank, Corpcapital Bank and Mvula Trust. He was a Council Member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) from 1998 to 2002, and also served on its Executive Committee. In addition he is a Fellow of SAICE and also Honorary Fellow of the South African Association of Consulting Engineers (SAACE). It was in 1993 that he started a consulting engineering practice by name of GOBA Moahloli Associates (GMA) together with Trueman Goba. This practice through the mergers and acquisitions that followed is today known as GOBA (Pty) Ltd.
